Dr Me’ira Mizrahi
With a PhD in the human dimensions of Marine Protected Area (MPA) planning, and over ten years of experience in marine conservation, I am the Regional Marine Technical Advisor at the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). I work with local partners and stakeholders in the Greater Mekong, South Asia, and South East Asia to design and implement effective marine conservation strategies and actions. My expertise includes marine-related research and applied conservation, focusing on MPAs and small-scale fisheries. I aim to promote the conservation and sustainable use of marine resources to benefit people and nature.
